Product Overview

CarPro CQUARTZ SiC is an advanced ceramic coating that incorporates Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology for enhanced chemical resistance, improved water spot resistance, and exceptional gloss. Developed as the evolution of CQUARTZ TiO2, SiC delivers a highly slick, durable protective layer that helps preserve your vehicle's finish while making routine maintenance easier. Its extreme hydrophobic properties promote rapid water beading and self-cleaning performance, keeping your paint looking cleaner for longer.

Directions

1. Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the vehicle using an iron remover and clay treatment if necessary.
   
2. Polish paintwork to remove defects and maximize gloss.
   
3. Wipe all surfaces with CarPro Eraser or an IPA-based panel wipe to remove polishing oils.
   
4. Wrap a suede applicator around the coating block and apply a line of SiC coating.
   
5. Apply evenly using a crosshatch pattern over a small section at a time.
   
6. Allow the coating to flash (typically 3 to 15 minutes depending on conditions).
   
7. Buff away residue with a clean, high-quality microfiber towel.
   
8. Continue panel by panel until complete and keep the vehicle dry during the initial curing period.
